owner of the information obtained through http://nativityucc.org. Nativity
United Church of Christ ollects no information from our users at any points
on our Web site unless the user submits information of their choice to our
staff through this site. When the user submits information on their own,
it is held in strict confidence and is not shared with anyone other than

Information Use
Profile
We do not collect or store any information on users through cookies, log
files, clear gifs, and/or third parties to create a profile of our users.
No profile or information about clients is stored on our website and we
do not retain individual user information that details their viewing preferences.
Consequently, there is no collected information on our website tied to
the users that personally identifies information about them. No profile
is collected or used to tailor a user’s visit to our Web site or
to direct pertinent marketing promotions to them. We do not share your
profile or any information about you with third parties. We simply do not
collect or retain any profile on our users.

We do not use a cookie, a piece of data stored on the user’s computer,

Third Party Advertising
There are no ads appearing on this Web site delivered to users by any third
party ad server nor are there any Web advertising partners involved with

Log Files
This website does not use log files. Log files typically include internet

broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses, etc. are not
linked to personally identifiable information.
Clear Gifs (Web Beacons/Web Bugs)
We do not employ a software technology called clear gifs (a.k.a. Web Beacons/Web

what content is effective. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier,
similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements
of Web users. The main difference between the two is that clear gifs are
invisible on the page and are much smaller, about the size of the period
at the end of this sentence. We do not use clear gifs in any way. In addition,
we do not use clear gifs in our HTML-based emails to let us know which emails
have been opened by the recipients.
Service Announcements
Someday there may be an occasion that necissitates sending out a strictly
service-related announcement. For instance, if our service is temporarily
suspended for maintenance we might send users an email if they have given
their email address to our office. Users may always opt-out of these communications
by simply informomg our office that they do not wish to receive such announcements
through regular E-mail.. However, any such communication about notifications
of service disruption would not be promotional in nature.

We share no aggregated demographic or personal information with third parties.
Business Transitions
In the unlikely event that Nativity United Church of Christ goes through
a business transition, such as a merger, being absorbed by another church

(which consists only of user email addresses at the church office) will not,
in any circumstances, be part of the assets transferred.
